What are UI and UX?

When looking for a job you might have heard that they say: we need a UI and UX designer, whereas in large companies one person is responsible for user interface design (UI) and one person is responsible for the user experience design (UX) because these two are different. What is UX?
UX stands for User Experience. A user experience designer tries to take all measures that improve a user’s experience of the site, products, and services so that the user has a good experience and satisfaction when working with the site or using your products.
For example, a user experience designer should identify and analyze all the paths through which the user reaches the site. Consider all scenarios that may arise for the audience. Then try to solve problems in such a way that the user has an ideal experience. And also, along this task, the user experience designer should achieve the goals that the employer intends.

What is UI?
UI stands for User Interface. User interface design means designing parts of digital products that the user sees and uses. The user interface designer is practically professional and specialized in designing graphic designs and implementing designs on the site.
In fact, part of this is done by a graphist who is a site designer or app designer, and the final part, which is the implementation of the final design, is directed by a front-end programmer.
What is the difference between user experience design and user interface design (UI and UX)?
They may look similar (UI and UX) , but the job of each of the people who take over these tasks are different. In fact, the person who is a user experience designer, at each stage, plans, manages, and controls the customer-user encounter with products and services and all parts of the site.
A UX designer asks why and in what circumstances should the user refer to different parts of the site? Or why they search for products? Or why are they going to click on the login link after entering the site?
The user experience designer reviews and plans what and how to show the user so they will be encouraged to click on the app link. In such a way, the user experience designer predicts and examines what is the purpose of the user who has logged in to our site? For example, each person that logs in to the site has different purposes such as registering on the site, purchasing, registering email and filling out the user form, etc.
User Experience Designer (UX Designer) reviews and plans and then offers solutions based on different goals and needs, suggestions, and requests. For example, on the first page of the site, a box is designed to search, and underneath it a button to record and click. Part of the needs should be reviewed and performed by the sales team and support team and the other part of the tasks should be reviewed and performed by the site design team.
With these interpretations, all the needs and different parts of the site are measured and reviewed, and then the part of the design that relates to the appearance of the site and the application is done by the user interface designer. That is, the UI , which is a small part of the UX and thus the tasks entrusted to the UI designer will be in harmony and cooperation with the UX designer.
After finishing the work and designing different parts, the user experience designer should constantly check and test the user’s behavior on the site and its different parts. At such a stage, in some cases, it is necessary to design several different times to improve the user experience when viewing different parts of the site and dealing with products. These long-term, multi-step reviews will improve the UI for later updates.

But in large and active companies, it is necessary to hire an expert and professional to perform other user experience designs. To be employed, this person needs to have a high interaction with the company and other needs and requests and have the ability to plan and base all the needs.
What a user experience designer should do?
If you are the owner and manager of a small or large company, do you need to know what are the duties of a user experience designer?
In general, a user experience designer should be able to perform and do the following tasks:
- Checking and controlling user behavior at different times and conditions

- Focusing and reviewing the information that the user logs in to or is taken from. (Personal information, educational and occupational information, etc.)
- Reviewing and analyzing the marketing department (sales rate, number of referrals, review of customer relationship management, review of the comments section on the site, etc.)
A successful user experience designer needs to interact and communicate with all team members according to the principles. he or she should use the necessary tools for research and analysis and achieve the purpose of creating and selling the product on the site. However, an interface designer (UI: User Interface) should implement and design all the goals and needs that have been conveyed to, by the experienced designer.
With these interpretations, it should be said that the UX designer and the UI designer interact closely with each other, but their tasks differ greatly from one another. User experience can significantly improve site design and generally make businesses successful.
What a user interface designer should do?
An interface designer generally operates at two levels: UI designer and UI coding and final project implementation. Many large and advanced companies use two individuals, individually and at different stages for each of the above two steps. That is why the first, the designer, usually a graphic designer, designs and presents the design as a wireframe or sketch (a simple design ironed on paper).
Next, the same graphic designer implements the final design using professional and advanced tools such as Photoshop or Adobe XD. This design is implemented graphically and for better decision-making and is not placed on the site or application.
In fact, this graphical design is designed and implemented based on the needs expressed and requested by the company’s manager and the ideas presented by UX designer. During this step, the user interface designer receives the needs and requests of the individual UX designer and completes the design using their ideas. The final output of graphical designs is given to the Front-End programmer in the last step.
The front-end programmer uses CSS, HTML, and JS coding. After confirming the designs, the programmer must convert the designs to the code without changing the designs that have been delivered. With these interpretations, the task of project ideation from the user’s point of view is the task of UX designer and graphically this the task of the UI designer, and in the final stage, a programmer must execute it.
